If your order has not been received, please wait 48 business hours to see if the package gets delivered. After this time, please contact customer service for support. If you have not received the package and it is beyond the 30 days from the stated delivery date, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund the order, send a replacement order or issue a store credit.
Forwarded Addresses
If you provide a shipping address, but have your mail forwarded to a different address, The Sak is no longer responsible for the order to be delivered to the address or forwarding address. If the shipper does not deliver to the forwarded address, The Sak will not provide a refund or replacement order. If the package gets returned to sender, The Sak will refund your account for the any returnable products, minus the shipping charges if any shipping charges we paid.
