Order changes cannot be made, but if you need to cancel your order, you have one hour from the time the order was placed to submit a cancel request. To submit this request, please go to the Orders History section in our account on our site and click on the "Cancel My Order" button next to your order. To access your account sign in here: Account – The Sak. If you have not set up your account, you may do so, and then go to your Order History to complete the cancel request.
After one hour we cannot accommodate any cancel requests. If you decide you need to return or exchange an order after you can do so with a free and easy pre-paid return for eligible items. Please note that final sale items cannot be exchanged or returned.
