If You Purchased On Our Website
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped unless otherwise noted in a disclaimer for special sale events or final sale. If you are past 30 days, but within a year of the purchase date, and your product is defective, you can return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued in the form of a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com (credits cannot be applied to shipping charges). And because we want you to be 100% happy, we will cover the return shipping cost if our shipping label is used. One exchange only per paid item will accommodated. (for domestic orders only, not applicable to international shipments). Orders that do not meet the minimum requirement for Free Shipping threshold will not have original shipping fees refunded.
What To Expect
Once we receive your package, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may require additional days for the refund to post to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any discount code, reward code or special offer on your return order is not transferable to another order.

If You Purchased From An Authorized Retailer
We accept returns for items purchased on our website only. The Sak merchandise purchased from outside retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase and is subject to their return policy.
International Orders (DHL)
International orders purchased on thesak.com are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged with our current domestic return policy. Unfortunately we are unable to process any refunds or exchanges for product shipped outside of the United States or extend our pre-paid shipping (only domestic). Additionally If purchased outside of our website please return to the store it was purchased from.
