If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of when your order was shipped. If you are past 30 days, but within a year of the purchase date, and your product is defective, you can return the merchandise for store credit. This credit will be issued in the form of a promotion code and can only be applied to merchandise costs on thesak.com (credits cannot be applied to shipping charges). And because we want you to be 100% happy, we will cover the return shipping cost if our shipping label is used.
what to expect
Once we receive your package, please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed and credited. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may require additional days for the refund to post to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any discount code, reward code or special offer on your return order is not transferable to another order.

We accept returns for items purchased on our website only. The Sak merchandise purchased from outside retailers must be returned to the original point of purchase and is subject to their return policy.
