Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment by following these steps:
- Log into your account: Visit The Sak Account Login to access your account.
- View your orders: Once logged in, navigate to your order list where you'll find details of all your orders.
- Check order status: Locate the order you want to track. If the fulfillment status is marked as "Fulfilled," this indicates that your order has shipped.
- Track your shipment: Click on the "Get Tracking Info" button next to the order. This will provide you with the tracking number and show you the delivery status via the carrier's tracking system.
Additionally, within the order status page:
- Initiate a return: If you need to return an item, you can start the process directly from your order page.
- Cancel your order: Orders can be cancelled within 60 minutes of placing them. Simply click the appropriate link on the order status page to initiate a cancellation.
