If you have tracked your package and it shows delivered and you haven’t received, please make sure to first check all doors, garages and surrounding area. Please wait 24-48 hours as it may be redelivered by a neighbor or the carrier.
If you have contacted the carrier and the shipment is lost, please contact customer service within 30 days of the order being placed for us to assist in tracking the package or to receive a replacement order.
Beyond 30 days, unfortunately, we will not be able to refund or replace the item or issue store credit.
