Wholesale orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
If you have received your order and have experienced a short ship/mis-ship or have an item damaged, please email customerservice@thesak.com with the following information:
Order number
Order issue with effected item number/item names.
Picture of damaged or mis-shipped item.
(email must be received within 30 days of purchase)
If you have received a damage return from a customer that has purchased their item from you in the last 365 days, please email customerservice@thesak.com with the following information:
Your original order number on the item.
Item number/item name
Damages description and picture of the damage.
Once we have received and processed your request, we will issue a store credit/gift card via email for your purchase price of the items involved that you may use towards future purchases on the site. These is no need to send back damaged or mis-shipped items.
Please Note: Your order number and confirmation email are your PO number and packing slip. We do not include packing slips in our shipments. You can also access your order information by logging into your account on our site.
